Disappointed with the hospital's administration and staff, which I found to be unprofessional and lacking in expertise. The billing process was unclear, and charges seemed excessive and arbitrary. I had to repeatedly remind staff about various tasks, and their attitude made me feel like I was being done a favor. The overall experience was frustrating and fell short of my expectations. Additional issues I encountered included: - Inadequate communication about treatment plans and procedures - Long wait times for medical attention and test results - Unwillingness to address patient concerns or provide clear explanations - A general lack of empathy and understanding from staff members - Uncleanliness and disorganization in certain areas of the hospital - No commode in vip vvip side room washrooms I hope the hospital administration takes these concerns seriously and takes the necessary steps to improve patient care and satisfaction.
