I went to get a cannula inserted for my brother and honestly, the experience was terrible. The dispenser made us sit on the chairs in the hall instead of taking us into a room. He didn’t even have the proper arm belt and told me to hold my brother’s arm with my hand. In the end, he wasted the cannula and even gave an unnecessary injection. On top of that, he was rude and careless. Really pathetic service.
