Very Disappointing Experience I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Sofia frakh. She diagnosed glaucoma based only on eye pressure without conducting a proper and thorough examination. She charged Rs. 6,000 for a glaucoma test, which later turned out to be clear, yet still prescribed glaucoma eye drops unnecessarily. The checkup was supposed to be private, but she consulted in the presence of around 10 other patients, which was very uncomfortable. Additionally, the glasses prescription she gave was incorrect. We later went to another specialist for a second opinion, who examined thoroughly and confirmed that there was no sign of glaucoma at all. It seems like the focus is more on making money than on proper patient care. Very careless and unprofessional — I do not recommend her to anyone concerned about their eye health.

She is the best doctor, very polite and humble. Please donot consider the bad reviews they must be fake

Un educated and corrupt staff they don't know how to talk with patients and they refer only patients which give some money as a bribe.waiting time so extra then expectations
