The dirtiest, the most unhygienic, the most un organized hospital with no professional staff for guidance . The dr might be good at what he does but the hospital and the way it is managed is the worst. If you ever had to be admitted ,their rooms are like smelly dungeons with blood stains and washrooms are dirty than public restrooms with no saop. Nothing at all. Their cafeteria gives you vomit. You will have to wait for hours for your already scheduled appointment. The most disappointing and dirtiest hospital I ever had to go to.

One of my friend referred me to this hospital for femur plating of my mother who is quite old. Yesterday she had this procedure. I am not quite happy on their post operation care as today 4 AM we found her bed soaked with urine and blood and no one taking responsibility of this negligence.Their is staff is very low paid and unskilled. They do not have any SOP and most of their doctors and nurses are from Govt Hospital, following similar culture. They just follow what their boss writes on the sheet and have a very tight hierarchical structure. They starts working when they see their boss and then they vanish. This hospital is run by a Doctor who worked in USA, but he is not able to bring any change. They are still using old aged manual communication (in form of ward boy) among their sections. I recommend not to use this this hospital if you have other options available.

I was there for treatment of boy 1.5 years old. I was totally satisfied with surgery done there but main problem is post Operation care. If you ask they will guide you if you don't they will not even interested to share anything about post operative care. At of discharge they just said you will again visit after two weeks??? I was just watching his face? Then I forced him to share about surgery, post operative care? ? I was not satisfied about this.. all patient there are just because of cheema sb. I visited there from all over Rawalpindi.

Dr. Tehseen Cheema is undoubtedly highly knowledgeable and one of the best in his field. However, with all due respect, the trainee doctors working alongside him seem inexperienced. I underwent surgery for my sternum lesion under Dr. Cheema’s supervision in November, but during the procedure, my vein was damaged, leaving my thumb numb even after four months. The most concerning part is that this issue was never disclosed to me—I only discovered it upon returning to Australia. Before and after the surgery, I only met Dr. Cheema once, and he never personally briefed me post-surgery. The day after the procedure, his assistants visited briefly, merely informing me that I could leave and return in two weeks. While the hospital’s reputation relies heavily on Dr. Cheema’s name, the overall patient care experience was disappointing.
