We traveled from Layyah District, which is approximately 350 kilometers away from the SITC, to undergo some medical tests at the Gardezi Lab collection point located in the basement of the SITC building. Unfortunately, our experience was negatively impacted by the extremely hot weather and the lack of proper environmental controls at the collection center. There were no functional air conditioners or high-quality fans installed to ensure a comfortable environment for patients and staff. Given the current weather conditions, this created a highly uncomfortable and distressing experience. We strongly recommend that immediate steps be taken to install adequate air conditioning or proper ventilation systems at the collection point. Ensuring a controlled and comfortable environment is essential for the well-being of both patients and healthcare personnel.

worst experience. I took my mom for CBC test here today at 1pm. They said to receive the report right after 2 hrs, But now when I came here to get the report they'r claiming some system error and to receive the report from their any other branch or keep here waiting (I said to her that there no issue and your system is good too, here is the report I've downloaded online from your web portal, I just want it in hard form to get my Dr view in detail) the patient and Dr are waiting but there's no responce from their side. Im totally disappointed and got the adverse experience as I was thinking of them before visiting them for test. I'll say to Dr Arshad Gardezi or the concerened one to improve these standards and make sure people should not be asked again to give sample at some branch and get report from somewherelse. We pay you some extra charges than other local labs in the city for tests believeing that its a good platform and we wouldn't face any such problem like I'm facing now. Thanks

Very Bad Experience! I went to get myself and family's blood tests done. The guy at the reception was too much intrested in getting a good sale, that he did not care about my 2 years old babies arm while inserting the needle. Very unprofessional. Will never visit again. I also recommend the same to others who have sense.
