Worst doctor I’ve ever visited. Absolutely no respect for the patient’s time — I had to wait 5–6 hours in a tiny, old, badly maintained room with no AC. It was extremely hot and humid, making the whole experience unbearable. 0/5

"This was my first visit to the clinic, and I was quite surprised at first glance. I could hardly believe I was at a professional doctor’s clinic, as the outward appearance did not reflect that at all. In fact, it resembled more of a local, unregulated setup, possibly run by an unqualified practitioner. There was no proper cleanliness or hygiene, and the staff appeared completely untrained. They lacked basic communication etiquette, and the most troubling aspect was the absence of an organized system for patient registration. No token or serial numbers were being issued; instead, patients were being checked based on personal connections or recommendations, while others were left waiting indefinitely. That said, the doctor’s behavior was relatively good. He was courteous and conducted the check-up professionally and thoroughly, which I appreciated. However, the major issues lie in the administrative and infrastructural side, particularly the condition of the waiting area. It was in poor shape, lacking sufficient seating and comfort. Patients who travel long distances to seek medical care deserve better conditions. Moreover, there was no provision for clean drinking water, and basic hygiene standards were not being maintained. The restroom was in an extremely unhygienic and unusable condition. These factors significantly impact the overall credibility and reputation of the clinic. With some attention and improvement in these fundamental areas—especially cleanliness, staff training, organized patient management, and waiting area facilities—the clinic could offer a far better experience to its patients."
