Appointment I scheduled an appointment via phone call and was assigned a time slot from 5:30 to 6:00 pm. I arrived at 5:10 pm and was called in by the doctor at 5:40 pm, which was impressive given the punctuality. Appointment Fee The appointment fee was Rs. 1,200, but the doctor kindly offered a discount of Rs. 400. Doctor's Behavior The doctor's approach was thorough and reassuring. He began by saying, "Let's start from the start," and took a detailed history, discussing most of the relevant details. He explained the problem, its possible causes, and solutions, which helped me feel more relaxed. Medication and Treatment The doctor prescribed reasonable medication, most of which was available outside the clinic. This flexibility is definitely a plus point. After-Sales Service The clinic keeps a record of patients and responds promptly to questions via WhatsApp, which is a great service. What I missed the most: The card reader wasn't working at that moment, so I had to transfer funds to clinic's account. Conclusion Overall, this clinic is well-managed, and the doctor is knowledgeable and up-to-date with modern requirements. I would definitely recommend it to others.
