My visit with Dr. Shafiq was extremely disappointing. After asking about my symptoms, he referred me for a long list of expensive tests which cost me nearly 40,000 PKR. When I returned with the results, I was not allowed to see him personally. The staff said he would just review the reports privately and write medicine without even speaking to me. This approach felt very unfair, careless, and like a waste of money. Patients deserve respect and proper consultation, not this kind of treatment.
